- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I went to the Grand Ave location. The receptionists are all very RUDE! Stay away from this place. I thought I was seeing a Dr and found out 2 months later that she was a nurse practitioner. Her name was X.Flores and she is horrible. She wouldn't listen to me. I was having very bad lower back pain after giving birth to my first child and nothing showed on my x rays and she told me that there was no reason for treatment! Then I was told she was leaving the clinic and that I would be seeing a pain specialst. I should have been seeing him from the beginning! I saw Dr. McCarburg and he was very nice and then he spoke to Flores and I don't know what was said and he then told me the same thing. I have had a couple Dr's over the last 5 years and I have never dealt with people like this. This place needs a complete overhaul! The office manager never calls me back regarding my concerns. Please do not go here! I have also worked in the healthcare industry and this is by far the worst place I have ever gone to.January 15, 2017by heather050681
