- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The Dentis is very rood. Not friendly. They made me wait for one hour to be Sean by the dentis even thou I was there first patient, I do not recommend this office to any body. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I called my new dentist, Dr Marlene Thompson DDS, and explained that I recently switched insurance and have not been to this office, but I'm having a dental emergency and need to be seen right away. The receptionist told me she doesn't have any new patient openings until November. Whether or not there are new patient is not a concern at this time. What is a concern is a broken molar and excruciating pain. She said that she understands what I'm going through, so she will schedule an emergency appointment for me 2 weeks from now. This is absolutely unacceptable. If a patient calls you with an emergency, you get that person in. I would certainly be understanding if my dentist called me and had to cancel a cleaning because another patient had an emergency. This is not right.April 15, 2017by Michelle Meyer
