  If I could rate this negative stars I would. Originally I called over the phone to get the policy, I was told to upload my registration and had a checklist of things to e-sign off on my Allstate online account, which I did. I waited two weeks before I called to see where my insurance cards were all they said was, "oooh you did it over the phone that's why." as if I'm being reprimanded for doing so. They said it takes longer and I waited another two weeks before calling the store. The store said they would mail me temporary cards, I waited a while and I never got them because they were never sent so I went into the office when I came back (I was out of town). I have two cars one is registered to myself and my mother, one is solely registered under my mother. When I showed them the registration in the office (the same one I had already uploaded over a month ago) they said that they cannot insure the one that was solely under my mothers name. So they told me to cancel the policy and reinstate it under my moms name with myself as a driver. I said I was OK with that, but then she did a search for my mom and saw my dads name, after I specifically told her my dad should not be involved in the policy she still added him and 30 minutes later while she is writing the new policy she asks, "oh your dad was involved in an accident?" are you kidding me? I was at the store so long that I had to leave, I asked them to give me a call once she figured out what the policy would cost as my mom the primary insured and never received a call. I later called to cancel, the phone representative kept encouraging me to go the store to cancel, I advised her it seems impossible to do anything there and I want my policy cancelled. She said the store will still call me to confirm the changes but the policy would be cancelled. I found it skeptical and didn't believe she actually cancelled my account. Two days later I started receiving e-mails advising me that my auto pay was set up. I called again, for sure the account was still active. I had to send an email to someone complaining that all I wanted was my account cancelled until it finally got done. While I was at the branch, a customer came in asking the representative if she had gotten his message to call him back, she shuffled through the stack of paperwork on her desk until she found it. She also received a couple of calls while I was there where she apologized for not calling back but she had been busy. She excused herself while I was with her to answer her cell phone. The worst level of unprofessional-ism and disorganization I've seen. No wonder they can't get anything done. I generally do not write reviews but this is the worst company I've had to deal with, I'm very upset and I will never be an Allstate customer in the future.

  I have been with Allstate since 1997.I have my home and 6 vehicles insured with Brian.I consider the employees at Brian Konishi's office family! They are always friendly, helpful and professional. I recommend their services to anyone looking for insurance!
